On my December vacation, I traveled to Cartagena with my family and stayed for 7 days at the Las Americas Hotel because I
had been told that it was a great hotel and the attention was very good. I made my reservation online 2 months before.

We chose this hotel because first they provide the best accommodations and the best care and second because they offer a
wide range of services.

the staff that were in this hotel were receptionist, bellboy, waiter, bartender, cook, security staff, entertainer, lifeguard, spa
staff and finally the administrative part, all of whom were quite friendly and helpful.

the room had a king-size bed, a mini fridge, television, a sofa, air conditioning, bathroom and a great view of the sea; It was
quite spacious comfortable and clean.

The hotel had several restaurants so we always ate there, from the gourmet restaurant to the best in grilled meat, seafood
and fish, pizza and finally an international buffet.

The hotel had direct access to the beach, 6 swimming pools, spa, a mini golf course, gym, there was also a perfect kids club
for my brother to have fun, in addition to a letter of activities for children, and it had a cave mangrove swamp.
It was finally an unforgettable vacation.
