Title : Officer in Charge (Commercial Department)

Location : Bangladesh

Reporting to : MD/CEO/GM

Job Purpose

 To ensure shipping document are accurate and send to customer on time. al so following up payments
from customer and original documents are send to customer on time.

Area of Responsibility

 Check Shipping documents calculation with related orders are accurate and approval from competent
authority. Maintaining Office Accounts and Petting Cash book with banking operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Will handle Accounts, Payroll, Excise, VAT, Customs, and Import/Export of the REXYL TEXTILE LTD.

2. Work hand on as you will be the only commercial person in the company.
1. Remind for payment to customer and send the pay slip to the supplier.

2. remind supplier about sending NOC & Original docs to Customer/Buyer.

3. Send weekly document follow up report to management as well as customer

4. daily basis entry to account system

5. Will deposit and withdraw Cash /Cheque from Bank as required

6. Submit Tax, license renewal and other activities to the related authorities

Qualifications and Experience

 Having University Graduate degree in Business  

 Having 5 yrs experience of Information Technology and Garments industry

 An understanding of financial management and commercial awareness.

 Team Player.
 Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
