SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR AMAZON BUSINESS SERVICES

This agreement is made between Abdullah Suleman d/o Suleman Khan resident of A-245, Block 13/D-1,
Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi bearing Pakistan’s CNIC XXXX-XXXXXXX-X, referred as “employer” or “buyer”

AND

Maria Kifayat w/o Hamid operating from address Suite #1245, Sylvester Creek, San Jose, CA, USA
bearing SSN XXXXXXXX referred as “employee” or “service provider”

The agreement is written under the applicable laws of both countries Pakistan and United States and
will be referred as “contract” or “job contract” or “agreement”.

COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
All the official communication will be in format of;

 Signed paper document and/or

 Email and/or
 Fax

There will be no open-ended communication be justifiable for contract duration or during legal disputes.

Following communication channels can never be produced as evidence;

 Phone call
 Messaging over phone (SMS, Text, WhatsApp etc)
 Chat etc

The only exception is when communication from these channels is done but documented as minutes of
the meeting, in the form of preferred communication channels described above like signed paper-
document, email, fax only.
TRUSTWORTHINESS
This contract is made upon trust. By signing this document both parties agree that;

 Service provider will always keep buyer in loop and never hide any information that deemed
necessary for this contract
 Service provider will never intentionally ditch, fraud or cause physical, monetary/financial or
emotional damage or loss to other buyer in any form
 They will always be truthful to other
 They will adhere to this agreement
 They will sort all issues and concerns mutually without involving third party, as much as possible
 Buyer will keep an eye over almost all activities performed by service provider

CHANGES TO AGREEMENT
In case if changes are required in the document. The new signed agreement will be shared parties.

Payment Terms
 This contract is hourly or fixed price
 Buyer will pay $ 400 by every 1st date of each month to service provider
 The payment will be send at MCB Bank IBAN XXXXXXXXXXXXX
 Buyer will bear any transaction cost

Contract Duration
This contract is for fixed duration

 Start Date: 01 December 2019

 End Date: 31 December 2019

 This contract is open-ended starting from 01 December 2019 until explicitly ended by either
buyer or service provider
Service Contract
It is hereby agreed by both parties that following services will be provided by service provider and buyer
will be responsible to provide everything required to perform the required task.

 Documentation of any sort

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

 Service provider hereby agrees that s/he will never disclose any product or intellectual property
of buyer to anyone until & unless explicitly requested to
 Buyer hereby agrees that s/he will explicitly grant permission to share product or intellectual
property information to 3rd parties via agreed upon communication channels
