• BUG FIXES •
Tracking Ref. 2355
Added an engineering tool called Panel Length Image Adjustment which is located
under
the ‘Settings’ category of the engineering section. A password is required to access this
tool.
This is a tool which enables R-Biopharm engineers to calibrate the output images to
pass the qLine software validation, by ensuring the image dimensions result in all
membranes appearing within the pre-determined regions of interest that are
configured in the qLine software. It works by adjusting the length of the panels in the
output image. In current terms, the overall width of the image would increase or
decrease, depending on the setting.

Impact: Ability to modify the overall image width.

Source: Vendor

Tested: Extensively

Additional user testing required: On any un-calibrated images which fail the qLine
software validation, adjust the image percentage to a correcting percentage

Added an engineering tool called Panel Width Image Adjustment which is located
under the ‘Settings’ category of the engineering section. A password is required to
access this tool.

This is a tool which enables BEE ROBOTICS engineers to calibrate the output images to
pass the qLine software validation, by ensuring the image dimensions result in all
membranes appearing within the pre-determined regions of interest that are con-
figured in the qLine software. It works by adjusting the width of the panels in the
output image. In current terms, the overall height of the image would increase or
decrease, depending on the setting.

Warning:

Bee Robotics does not intend this tool to be used at the moment. It’s added as a future
precaution to support the Panel Length Image Adjustment tool.

Impact: Ability to modify the overall image height.

Tracking Ref. 2346

Fixed a bug in the waypoint adjustment tool for all Tray Dispense waypoints. The tray
is now automatically set to a horizontal position before the tips are moved above the
tray. Previously, it was tilted down in row 1 and tilted up in row 2.

Impact: The tips would previously clash with the tray when setting up the way-points

Severity: Medium
