TYPE OF TASK: Dialogue


ROLES: A student and a counselor
PURPOSE: Providing personal information and describing people ́s
routines, daily/academic schedules, likes and dislikes.

PROMPT: You just entered the university and you want to


participate in the Bienestar programs. You go to the main office and
ask for the programs they are offering. The Bienestar counselor
starts asking you questions about your routine and the activities you
do in your job or at the university, likes , dislike and at the same
time about your family members preferences, so he/ she can offer
you the programs that can fit your schedule and profession. The task
requires the following aspects:

1. The task will be in pairs and you will be randomly assigned a


classmate the same day the oral task is programmed.
2. Describe your weekly routine at home.
3. Describe your academic or working routine.
4. Be prepared to exchange roles.
5. Time assigned: 5 minutes.

allow the audience to understand the message.
