feelings of depression
- Additionally, exercise can increase the production of endorphins, which are known to
help produce positive feelings and reduce the perception of pain

2. It Can Help With Weight Loss


- Some studies have shown that inactivity is a major factor in weight gain and obesity 
- Exercise is crucial to supporting a fast metabolism and burning more calories per day. It
also helps you maintain your muscle mass and weight loss.

3. It Is Good for Your Muscles and Bones


- Exercise plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong muscles and bones.
- Physical activity like weight lifting can stimulate muscle building when paired with
adequate protein intake.
- Also, exercise helps build bone density when you're younger, in addition to helping
prevent osteoporosis later in life

2. Why do we need to include exercise in our PE Class?

Including exercise in a PE class can help students to maintain their fitness which can help
develop their muscular strength and improve cardiovascular health. A regular fitness activity can
also help improve the absorption of nutrients by the body, better the digestive processes and
increases physiological processes. Physical activities and exercises can help students boost
their stamina and improve the quality of their life.  School life is full of stress and anxiety and
with the help of engaging students in physical activities, they can relieve their stress and anxiety
through it. Doing physical exercise can help students become more likely to be happy and
healthy, which can make them a better student in the classroom.
