This Saturday happened the most important match of Leitrim in the last years, it was the final of the Division 4 of Gaelic Football. I woke up at 7:00 in the morning I had something for breakfast and I went for a shower. After the shower I put on my Leitrim´s jersey , my scarf and my hat to get ready for the match. At 9, I called my friend George to meet each other before taking the bus from Carrigallen to Croke Park. In the bus we were talking with the other fans about who will play the match, who will win and more questions. We arrived at 12:00 to Dublin and we had something for eat because we were so hungry. We finished eating and we started walking to the stadium , there were a lot of people outside the Croke Park! Once there I got in to the stadium and I went to my place with the other people and George. The stadium was incredible the people, the colors , the lights… I loved it. The match was going to start the two teams were in the pitch and the referee blew the whistle , the match had started. At half time the match result was 0-10 to 0-7 for Derry. Some people from Leitrim were upset about the result but they were supporting their team anyways but it wasn´t going to have any result because finally Derry would be the winner by 4 points. Leitrim fans were upset about losing the tittle. Then we arrived at 9 pm to the town and we went to the pub to have a drink with the other fans. In my opinion it was a good experience because I had never been in a gaelic football match , I would repeat it again. I recommend to the people that experience. See you later!
