I suspect the answer is no one could do that without having some kind of negative
consequences.

My follow up question is why would anyone want them?

Only studying tests is a great way to get a terrible reputation. The kind of pseudo engineer
that knows how to answer questions in an interview, has a bunch of certificates but does
not know how to handle code in production are probably the most despised ex employee I
can think of. I even prefer ignorant incompetence to this potential ex employee.

I have never made a hiring decision based on a certificate ever. I really only want to know
what code...

No. I can't because I don't have them and have no plans of using them either.

I would recommend that you sincerly prepare for the exam using preparation material like
AWS FAQs, documentation, YouTube channel, Whitepapers etc. You can even do an Online
course from Acloud.guru or Linux Academy (they are the best). And if you supplement this
with hands on, you are easily going to pass the exam.

There are no shortcuts to success my friend.

I highly suggest you to take the practice exam and will eventually help you to pass the
exam without any much effort.

I have practiced from below udemy practice set. and able to clear my exam in first go.

{AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate Practice Sets}

Over 800 questions are available in the course. I’m glad that found this on udemy. Please
go ahead without any further thinking and thank me later.

Though this practice set is not free, but highly suggest you to buy instead of reattempting
your exam 2–3 times which costs even more.
