I. INTRODUCTION

A. Background (General Image of (Home) Industry Laundry in Jakarta

In the new decades of this era, the most of the people are prefer to used laundry’s
service. It is because they are not have enough time to washes their clothes etc.
Generally in the capital city and other big city for there some reason that they
does not have enough time because they were busy of their work and lastly
decided to grab all their clothes to laundry’s services which near with their places.
When we go to the places as we can see how much we spent our money for the
one kilogram of our clothes. As usual the laundry’s services has took a prices.

B. The History of (Home) Industry Laundry’s Services

A laundry business is the kind of washing and ironing the clothes, bad cover,
towel and also doll. Based on the history in Indonesia itself it comes since 1990,
for the first time we know as dry cleaning but, basically dry cleaning used for the
people who leave at the hotel. It means just for some reason only for them. Dry
cleaning using the chemical liquid to clean up the dirty of the clothes. Then now I
think almost people ever took their clothes and stuff in the laundry near them.

II. THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK

A. (Home) Industry

The laundry business is a type known as iron washing. This business usually
flourishes in areas where there are many boarding houses or rental houses, where
tenants or boarding houses do not need or cannot wash and iron their own clothes
usually this is done by a housemaid or administrator. While advanced forms of
laundry in Indonesia are always known as being supported. In modern languages, it is
known as laundry & dry cleaning while washing clothes using a washing machine.
As for clean dry clothes covered with special chemicals that can clean and spill dirt
on clothes. This type of business can only be done at home or provided in luxury
hotels for supported facilities, then began in the 1990s, since the beginning of this
franchise business. Franchise systems from outside in recent years have also
mushroomed businesses that use local franchises and system agents who can provide
services at more affordable prices. Services, which are only intended for upper-class
people, can now be enjoyed by the class community. Don't stop there, the
combination of low-cost services with washing-iron services that are developed more
creative by using kilo's laundry.

B. (Home) Industry Classification in Indonesia

Indonesia Standard Industrial Classification (Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha

Indonesia or KBLI) is one of the standard classification published by the Badan
Pusat Statistik (BPS) for economic activities. In line with increasingly diverse and
detailed of the economic activities development, it is necessary to improve KBLI.
In 2015, BPS consummation KBLI through discussion with the working units and
related agencies, as well as intensify the socialization of KBLI in the scope of
internal and external BPS.

KBLI 2015 is a refinement of KBLI 2009 Prints III, so KBLI 2015 still refers to
the International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities
(ISIC) Rev. 4 published by the United Nations of Statistical Division (UNSD) in
 2008 up to the level of 4 digits. At the 5-digit level, KBLI 2015 adapted to the
conditions of economic activity in Indonesia.

NEGATIVE INVESTMENT LIST

In the effort to increase investment in Indonesia and to execute the ASEAN

Economic Community (AEC), the Government of Indonesia had done
amendments to the provision list of business fields closed and open with certain
requirements in the field of investment (Investment Negative List /DNI). These
amendments are stipulated in Presidential Decree (Perpres) Number 44 Year 2016
on List of Business Fields Closed and Business Fields Open with Conditions to
Investment, that was signed by President Joko Widodo on May 12, 2016. The
new decree are meant to substitute the previous decree, Presidential Decree
Number 39 Year 2014.

III. DISCUSSION

A. The Development of (Home) Industry in Indonesia

Indonesia can diversify the range of products that are manufactured at home.
Secondly, it can raise the focus on further development of the existing
manufacturing industries in Indonesia (several good  examples are electronics,
chemicals, automotive and food industries).

But there are at least two issues that need to be dealt with in order to apply one
(or both) of the above-mentioned strategies. Firstly, Indonesia needs to have
plenty of quality workers that can work in the manufacturing sector. Secondly, an
improvement in the investment climate is required to attract much-needed
investment (both foreign direct investment and domestic direct investment).

Indonesian Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati said the momentum is

currently rising for Indonesia with strengthening commodity prices, growing
 consumer confidence, and rising government-led infrastructure development
across the country. Therefore, the government set a 5.4 percent (y/y) economic
growth target in the 2018 State Budget, significantly higher than the 5.07 percent
(y/y) growth realization in full-year 2017

F. For the profit are 5000 Rupiahs, and in one day the income of home industry
laundry are 250.000 rupiahs. Also in one months the income change become
5.000.000
