Executive Summary

Adyo Souvenir shop is a start-up business that offers a wide range of souvenir items. It is
located at Calauag, Quezon. It is founded by five tourism graduates’ namely Angielica Rabago,
Sheila Buenconsejo, Joanne dapula, May Jundak and Craig Quisto. The Souvenir Shop’s
customers were primarily tourists from other places visiting the municipality. We will broaden
our customer base by focusing not only on tourists, but also on locals. The grand opening is
slated for 8th of September.

Our main priority is to become an official store that provides souvenirs that would make
the tourists remember the feelings they’ve felt when they visited Calauag, Quezon. This business
plan lays out our strategy for making the “Souvenir Shop” from “just-another-store” to the
“Official Store that caters the souvenirs that every tourist wants.”

Vision and Mission

Adyo Souvenir aims to provide our customers with unique, high-quality designed and
affordable items anyone can bring home and remind them of their wonderful Calauag
experience. We will constantly make various and creative items that meets our customers wants
as much as possible.

Adyo Souvenir envisions itself to become Calauag, Quezon’s choice of promoting itself
through best designed and high quality souvenirs.
