Enchanted Items
Carnyx of Panic: This S-shaped dragon-headed bronze trumpet, if sounded, causes all creatures who can see
and hear it within 240' feet (with the exception of those within a 10' radius safe zone around the user) must
make a Morale check (or, if a PC, a saving throw versus Wands) or be overcome with fear for 1 Turn. The
Carnyx of Panic requires a successful saving throw versus Spells by the user to invoke the trumpet’s magic, and
can only be successfully sounded once per day.
