Items/notes:  Manager starts the meeting exposing the issues and pointing what
has to be solved

Process for resolution of team issues

1. Communication issues

It was discussed in the meeting:

 To create a procedure to give information and monitor


underst
 Establish a universal language within the company.         
 The procedure to give information must include:
 How emails should be write;
 Check list of topics to be covered when giving information.

2. Attendance and punctuality problems

As some team members have been failing in attending or being on


time in the meetings, it was discussed to make some changes on
the current way to proceeded with our meetings:

 To reduce the time on the meetings (45-60min maximum);


 Meeting’s schedule for the next month (which gives time for
team members organise themselves);
 Have free meals at the end of the meeting;
 Create a “credits programme” for attendance and punctuality
(those members that are present and come on time, will be
given credits that can be converted in a bank hours).

3. Time management:

It was determined to create a WBS for the meeting and send it one
week before the meeting. The WBS will cover all topics and also,
will clearly give information for team members about the subject
and who is responsible for what. Team members will be able to
prepare themselves to come up with ideas for the meeting which
will save time.
Provide feedback to team members to encourage and reward efforts
 Everybody is aware of the issues and the solutions were clearly
set up with the agreement of all team members.

information within the company
