Purpose and Context


The purpose of this Statement of Work is to plan accordingly for the successful execution of the Summer
launch meeting. The launch will include new products and the advertisements relating to those products.
Paige Tadlock will lead her team to plan and organize the necessary information to be shared throughout
the meeting. This planning includes creating documents and visual ways to display the information,
developing a fair way to decide between advertisements to publish, and finding a way to allow the team to
decide when to publish which advertisements. Once these guidelines are met, the team will create an
agenda and schedule that the meeting will follow to ensure all points and topics are visited throughout the
meeting. By the end of the meeting, the team should have collaboratively decided what advertisements
are being published, when they are being published, and in what order.

Phases or Timeline

Summer Launch Initiation Phase: October 2021 – January 2022


- Finalize decision about which products are being released

Meeting Organization Phase: February 2022 – April 2022


- Determine estimate of how many people will be attending meeting, reserve sufficient office
space for amount of people attending, develop visual presentation of information, finalize
potential advertisements

Meeting Execution Phase: May 21, 2022


- Meeting will be held on this date
