Hello teacher and classmates.

Today we talk about the improvement plan that was implemented and we had
more results than expected, applying an administrative process, with leadership,
motivation and teamwork, it was achieved that the product can be the best to
export and succeed abroad. An Improvement Plan is the result of a set of
procedures, actions and specific goals and oriented in a planned, organized and
systematic manner from the institutions. This instrument allows them to know
where the institution is going and what the child needs to improve.
