Polaris Railroad Corporation, the leading provider of quality and

good amenity trains in the Philippines from Mid 90’s until now that it conquers the 20th
century world. Engr. Kian Polaris Jr., a former manager of Bombardier International and
now a businessman, who later become the Chairman of the said company and the
reason for the existence of the company. He, together with his father, Mr. Sr. test their
ability to find an alternative source of transportation that could lead them in places that
is never been easy to go. At first they spent worth 10 million dollars to build a 50 meter
open train, first train that had been established in the Philippines. It is only powered by
coal that is latter called the STT-101, a train powered by steam, few months later, the
company thereby develop a train powered by diesel called DST- 250, another train was
established on 1999, where electricity together with solar energy is the main source for
the train’s movement called ECT-300. For about 2 decades, the company is said to be
remarkable for their service. It was established in Asia, and later in Europe and
America. Mr. Polaris’ dedication for the best transportation flourished until it reached its
silver anniversary in service and is said to be the time for the accession of the
company’s trains not only in the three continents, but also worldwide. He hereby added
the uniqueness of the new trains that PRC are going to propose, the magnetic
locomotive design where trains are moved through the signals coming from the
magnetic motors, called the MGT-350 (Magnetic Trains-101). Year 2000, the PRC start
to build railings from the places where the MGT-101 travels. “Possibility in every
direction” is the advocacy and theme during its spurt. Train’s parts were made by
professional Technologists and Engineers from different countries. Engr. John Wendell
Dimaculangan designed the MGT-350, the first Magnetic train in the World! Until now,
DST-250 and ECT-300 are still in service. By year 2003, MGT-350 where distributed in
the country and start a high class manufactured service to people. Polaris Railroad
Company is said to have the good standard trains where in passengers are safe and
being served with humanitarian service. By year 2009, Mr. Polaris received the most
prestigious awards for business, OBS awards (Outstanding Business Service Awards)
and later recognized in the International Business- Minded Association of the World (IB-
MAW). Until now, Polaris Railroad Corporation continue its start, to put up more unique
and reliable trains that can be more proud of.
