Under no circumstances will any worker on an Easton Construction Inc. site use, or be under the
influence of alcohol or drugs during working hours. Work hours include lunch, breaks and any time
between shifts, when applicable.
No unauthorized access to occupied areas or areas where work is not occurring: any violators will be
removed from the building.
No use of radios.
No stealing.
2. Person protection equipment is mandatory on all Easton Construction projects. This will include the following:
Hard Hats
Safety glasses
Long pants
Work boots
Face masks
3. Any Subcontractor working on site must be properly licensed with governing body. Proof of this license must be
accessible on site at all times.
4. All Subcontractors must be insured as outlined by Easton Construction Inc. Insurance certificate must submitted
to Easton Construction Inc. before Subcontractor is allowed on site.
5. Inform Easton Construction Inc. of all injuries on site. Incident report to be filled out by subcontractor and Easton
Construction project manager at time of accident.
6. While on-site, the tradesmen are restricted to the construction area. They are not allowed in any occupied areas
or public areas unless authorized by Easton Construction Inc. Tradesmen are prohibited from loitering around the
building or sidewalks.
7. The Subcontractor acknowledges that other construction activities may be taking place on site and will cooperate
and not interfere.
8. Any work which requires access to occupied and/or restricted areas must be scheduled with Easton Construction
Inc. and requires a 24 hour notice.
9. No materials are to be stored outside of the construction area. Any materials stored on site must first have
approval of Easton Construction Inc.
10. All work areas must be cleaned daily of trash, debris and non-useful materials. All materials on site must be kept
in a clean and organized manner. Any materials, tools, etc. that are not approved to be stored on site will be
removed at cost of the Subcontractor.
11. Tradesmen must take precautions when working in finished areas. All workers are required to wear boot covers
when entering finished areas. All tools and materials brought in to these areas must be placed on a protective
surface and not set directly on finished surfaces. Any damages incurred will be each subcontractor’s
responsibility and repairs will be back charged accordingly.
12. Subcontractors will report to Easton Construction Inc. supervisory personnel any unsafe condition or potentially
hazardous situation that comes to their attention. This could include:
Electrical Outage
Storage of any flammable substances on site must be approved in writing by Easton Construction Inc. Such
storage will be incompliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations.
14. All deliveries to the jobsite must be scheduled and coordinated with the Easton Construction primary project
manager.
15. Under no circumstances shall the security systems be tampered or removed. This is to include any onsite
cameras and alarm system sensors.
16. All communication and questions will be made with Easton Construction Inc. At no time shall the Subcontractor
communicate directly with the architect or home owners.
17. No displaying of any signage unless first approved by Easton Construction Inc.
18. Subcontractor shall not remove any temporary utilities unless approved by Easton Construction. This is to include
barricades, lighting fixtures, temporary furnaces and ventilation.
