$12.50 for 3 sandwiches and one coffee. What was the price of one sandwich? What was the
price of one coffee?

3. The numbers A,B,C form an arithmetic progression with sum A+B+C=341, while A-1,B+2,C+13
form a geometric progression. Find the sum of the members of the geometric progression.

7. In a triangle ABC, if, find the value of angle A.

8. A person standing 400 feet from the base of a mountain measures the angle of elevation from
the ground to the top of the mountain to be 25◦. The person then walks 500 feet straight back
and measures the angle of elevation to now be 20◦. How tall is the mountain?

9. A lot is bounded by 3 straight sides , namely AB N45o E, 160m long, BC and CA 190m long n
