Part I: Identifying Core Beliefs

Sit quietly with your hands on your heart. Allow whatever feelings you have to rise up to your
consciousness. Allow yourself to have them and just be with them.

Breathe in compassion for yourself. Exhale judgment and self-criticism.

Come in tune with - focus on - all that would prevent you from getting unbelievable spellcraft
results.

Write down whatever comes up for you.

Ask yourself questions like:


       = What could get in the way of my attaining amazing spellcraft results?
       = What could get in the way of me being an amazing magician/witch/etc?
       = Why shouldn't I be able to get unbelievable, extraordinary spellcraft results?
       = What is preventing me from getting the results I desire?
       = What is preventing my magick from being so unbelievably powerful?

When you start getting the same answers repeatedly, you know your list for this moment is
complete.

Part II: Keep, or Release?

Sit in silence for a few minutes to center yourself. Come into your present moment. Practice
your now.

Read through your list of stuff that came up for you. On the next page of this PDF, you'll find a
chart. It's pretty simple: just 2 columns - "keep" or "release."

Select one of the things from your list. Allow yourself to really feel the issue/belief. Focus your
attention, and experience all the ways it has affected your life, for good or bad.

Notice your breathing. Notice how tense or relaxed your muscles are. Inhale compassion for
yourself, and exhale pain and tension.

Track back in time to your earliest memory of having this feeling/issue/belief. When was it?
Who or what triggered the feeling?

Inhale compassion. Exhale criticism and blame.

When you've felt this feeling/issue/belief, where it came from, where it has brought you, what
it has taught you, see if you're ready and willing to release it. Ask yourself: is this serving me?
The truth is, it has served you in the past already. But is it right now, in this moment, a
beneficial belief/issue/feeling? Are you ready to let it go?

If yes, write in the "Release" column. If not, write it in the "Keep" column. It's perfectly okay to
keep what others may consider negative. Continue this process until you've completed your
entire list.

Part III: Releasing

Sit in silence for a few moments. Practice your now. Focus on your breathing, and make even,
smooth inhales and exhales.

Place your hands on your heart and bring your attention there. Get in touch with your own
self-love. Tune into your desire to get bigger, better, badder, unbelievable spellcraft results.

Place in your heart the first issue on your RELEASE list. Feel it fully. Have compassion for
yourself. Have compassion for the circumstances that brought up the issue. Examine the
impact it has had on your life, and what good has come from it.

When ready, take a moment to thank it for the lessons it taught, and where it has brought you.

Name the issue clearly and out loud. "I release ____!"

Exhale forcefully through your mouth, picturing the issue traveling from your heart, down
through your body, out into the earth, as deep and as far as you can make it go, and then take
another deep breath.

Repeat the exhale and the visualization again.

And do it again one more time, this time, allowing a tone, sound, scream, or whatever, to come
flying out of your throat and mouth. Allow your vocal chords to assist in the release. Make
that noise as powerfully as you can!

Notice any inner shift you may feel as a result. Feel it, and acknowledge it.

When you're ready, bring your attention back to your heart. Place the next issue on your list
there.

Repeat the process. Focus on the issue, feel it. Acknowledge what it has brought you and
where it has brought you and what it has taught you. Be aware of how it no longer serves you,
but thank it for being there for you thus far. And then do the releasing visualization and
exhalation three times.

Once you've completed your entire list, you can stretch, have something to eat, and go about
your life.

You may get a little dizzy from doing this exercise, especially if you really do make a forceful
sound. That's okay - just be aware that you should eat something, and be aware of how you're
feeling for the next hour or two. The dizziness will subside, but depending on how long you do
this exercise, it could make you very tired.

When you've finished your list, notice any changes in how you feel emotionally, mentally, and
physically. Acknowledge yourself for doing so awesome at this process!

From time to time over the next few months, go back to your list and see if you're ready to
release any items that you chose to keep. As you do this a few times, you may discover new
things that come up. If so, see if you want to release them, and put them on the list in the
appropriate column to come back to later.

You may want to repeat this another time with the things you've already released, also -
sometimes it takes a couple of rounds. Don't be discouraged. If you've felt unworthy for 40
years, it will likely take a few rounds to fully release that kind of baggage. Be willing to have
compassion for yourself as you continue to discover and release the stuff you no longer need.
