    Labor and Installation cost with Supervision: Php 30,000.00 only

    Please settle the remaining balance Php 20,000.00 only for the following
    scope of work:

    1. Installation of Roof heat insulation for the whole roof under purlins installation
    procedure.
    2. Provide manhole for ceiling
    3. Relocation / Removal and Repair of floor drain and water supply for washing machine
    inside the room
    4. Provision of water drain hole within the perimeter wall to prevent flooding
    5. Provision and installation of Exhaust fan for Helper’s toilet
    6. Purchasing of client supplied materials
    7. Transportation and communication cost
