• Inspect tires and check pressure • Replace final fuel filter
• Check wheel bolt torque • Replace fast fill fuel breather filter (if equipped)
• Inspect engine air cleaner elements • Check and clean or replace cab fresh air filter
• Inspect air conditioning compressor and alternator belt • Check and clean or replace cab recirculating air filter
• Clean cooler cores • Check transmission oil level
• Check windshield washer fluid level • Add coolant extender as indicated by COOL-GARD ™ II test strips
• Drain water from primary fuel filter and clean stainer • Check rear camera and radar object detection system (if equipped)
• Drain water from auxiliary fuel filter/water separator (if equipped)
Every 10 Hours or Daily
• Check coolant level in surge tank • Check hydraulic oil level
• Check and clean or replace air cleaner dust unloader valve • Inspect external seal (excludes Powerllel™)
• Check engine oil level
Every 100 Hours
• Grease loader linkage and cylinder pivots (unless NeverGrease™ equipped)
Initial Service - 250 Hours***
• Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter • Drain and refill front and rear axle oil
***Perform initial service once after the first 250 hours of operation
Every 250 Hours
• Take engine oil sample
Every 500 Hours
• Grease upper and lower driveline sliding joints and lower U-joints • Clean and tighten battery terminals and check electrolyte level
• Check air intake and charge air cooler hoses • Replace auxiliary fuel filter/water separator (if equipped)
• Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter • Replace hydraulic reservoir breather filter
• Replace in-line fuel strainer • Check park brake oil level
• Replace primary fuel filter • Take hydraulic oil sample
• Replace final fuel filter • Take axle oil sample
• Replace fast fill fuel breather filter (if equipped) • Take engine coolant sample
• Check front and rear axle oil level • Take transmission oil sample
• Grease front and rear shaft seals on park brake • Take diesel fuel sample
Every 1000 Hours
• Clean engine crankcase vent tube • Grease frame hinge pivots
• Replace air cleaner dust unloader valve • Drain and refill park brake oil
• Replace engine air cleaner elements • Clean hydraulic pump case drain screen
• Check coolant
Every 2000 Hours
• Drain and refill front and rear axle oil 2 • Grease front and rear axle shaft seals
• Clean front and rear axle oil recirculation screens (if equipped) • Rerun clutch calibration (advanced display unit)
• Drain and refill transmission oil and replace filter 1 • Adjust engine valve lash

Reduce service intervals to 1500 hours in severe applications, which run the torque converter at high loads for more than approximately 25% of the time.
(For example: basement digging, land clearing, etc.)

The magnetic drain plug is serving its purpose when a ball of fine metal particles or chips are found on the magnet. If concerned with the amount of
debris on the plug, clean and check again after running a short time with fresh oil.

• Drain and refill hydraulic system oil • Replace hydraulic system return filter
• Clean hydraulic system fill strainer • Replace crankshaft dampener
Every 5000 Hours
• Inspect driveline dampener

• Drain and refill cooling system
