凝汽器半面运行试验

Test for half of condenser operation

1、试验目的
当凝汽器只有半面运行时，机组能在 50%负荷下正常运行。
1. test purpose
when half of condenser quit, the unit can operation on 50%
load。

2、试验步骤 test procedure

2.1 将机组负荷减至 6MW 以下；
2.2 关闭凝汽器解列侧抽空气门；
2.3 关闭凝汽器解列侧循环水的进、出水门；
2.4 检查确认凝汽器的真空及排汽温度正常，保持半面运行
20min，记录汽轮机有关运行参数；
2.5 试验结束后，重新开启凝汽器解列侧进、出水门和凝汽器汽
侧空气门；
2.6 调整机组负荷至正常值。

2、test procedure
2.1 reduced the load under 6 mw;
2.2 close the air valve of condenser quit-side;
2.3 close the circulating water inlet valve and outlet
valve of condenser quit-side;
2.4 check the condenser vacuum and exhaust temperature
is normal, keep half of condenser running for 20min,
records of the operation parameters of turbine;
2.5 after the test, reopened the air valve、circulating
water inlet valve and outlet valve of condenser quit-
side； 2.6 raise the unit load to normal.
