Course Description:

This course is designed to develop the student’s capacity to recognize and


reason about ethical issues connected with international business management.

Course Objectives:

At the end of the course, the students are expected to:

a. recognize potential ethical dilemmas arising from a cross-cultural context;


b. understand the factors in a cross-cultural context that inform a manager’s
choice of action;
c. apply knowledge of the cross-cultural context to come to a solution of the
cultural dilemmas; and
d. apply ethical principles in the process of leadership and decision-making.
