HISTORY OF TRAVEL

Days prior to community quarantine, my usual routes was going back and
forth from my boarding house and school either by walking or riding a tricycle
from Brgy. 64 Bliss, Sagkahan to RTR, passing by the San Jose Airport Road to
Calinapawan Road.

MARCH 13, 2020, FRIDAY, at around 5 pm, I was waiting for my mother to
pick me up at the corner of Brgy. 64 Sangkahan and Picas-San Jose Airport Road
for approximately 30 minutes. Then we travelled the San Jose Airport Road to Pan
Philippine Highway and stopped in Burgos Co. Auto and Truck Parts Outlet to
change the car’s seat cover which lasted until around 6:30pm. After that, we went
to Stephanie Smoke Haus along Real Street Avenida Veteranos and dined in until
7:45 pm along with 2 other companions. After eating, we walked to a nearby
Pharmacy which was to buildings away and to the Pharmacy on the outside of St.
Paul Hospital to buy alcohols and sanitizers. We then walked back where the car
was parked and travelled the road going out of Tacloban City to Calbayog City.
From the above date until the present, I am abiding to the home quarantine as
ordered.
