Notice
It is notified for the general information of all boarder students of Boys Hostels that in order to facilitate
them and redress the issue of collecting belongings, documents e.tc before starting the online classes,
the below mentioned committees are especially constituted for the said purpose:

1. Unit-A (Boys Hostel No, 3 & 4)

2. Unit-B (Boys Hostel No, 6 & 7)

2. Unit-C (Boys Hostel No, 8,9 & 11)

• The aforesaid committees will start functioning w.e.f 27th May 2020 and issue the belongings to
the legitimate boarder students from 10a.m to 2p.m (Daily).
• The day scholar students will not be allowed to enter the hostels, however, in some exceptional
cases, they will be permitted to collect their belongings after seeking approval from Registrar
and paying fine of Rs. 3000\-, they also have to mention reason for staying in hostel.
• The above mentioned whole process will be supervised by The Provost\ Senior Warden to avoid
any odd situation.
