Subject: Taking cognizance of sudden termination of superior
head ‘the Principal
Sir,
Reverently we the staff members of oakhill institute of education
want to solicit your kind attention towards that we came to know
about the sudden termination of our Principal.We are unable to
figure out the proper reason only the thing that school has been
defamed by the actions of the principal as per the management
committee.As far as we are concerned the schools has progressed
by leaps and bounds.she has been on toes from the very onset and
she has toiled her blood and sweat for progress of the school. But
this sudden termination has just stirred the whole staff. This
termination seems to discourage the staff as their superior is being
terminated without proper procedure and norms, at least she
should be given a chance to proceed her case.
We request your kindself kindly do arrange a meeting
tomorrow to discuss the matter at length,so the staff would
eventually hear both sides patiently.
