    MIN l/JAN/2023 : PRELIMINARIES

    The meeting was called to order at 11:45 a.m. by the Sub-County Director of Education in
    charge of Sabatia. The opening prayer was said by lrine Mmbone.

    MIN 2/JAN/2023 : OPENING OF HAMUYUNDI JUNIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL


    BANK ACCOUNTS

    The Sub-County Director of Education Mr. Alex Duro informed the members that Junior
    Secondary Schools will have four Bank Accounts as follows;

    a. Tuition Account
    b. School Infrastructure Account
    c. Lunch and other levies Accounts
    d. General purpose Account

    The members present agreed to have all our four school's accounts be opened with KCB
    Mbale Branch.

    Th.e following Board Members were authorized to operate the four Bank Accounts as
    signatories:
