Topic of SWOT Analysis: Explore the potential for adding a
hydraulic powered prosthetics to the product line in 2020.
1. We use the technology of replicating the movements of the real legs.
Strengths: 2. We have a passion for helping those people who suffer from
amputation.
3. We study and simulate the movements and articulation according to
the real legs.
4. We have access to virtual prototyping.
5. Our product helps our users to act like normal people.
6. Our product helps our users to get rid of others’ assistance.
1. Materials are hard to find, they should be light, strong enough and

2. Structures of the product are complex.
3. The product can also be mishandling and fragile.
4. The product may require some skills and a lot of strength to operate.
5. Users may feel uncomfortable after using it a long time.

Opportunities: from amputation and the demand of our product is increasing.
2. The rate of accidents is increasing in recent years.
3. Nowadays people care more about their outlook and our product
can help them to look like normal people.
4. If our product can look more like human and consume less power, it
will be more attractive.
1. The complex shape of the shell will make our product hard to

3. There are too many requirements for the materials of the product.
4. AI control and motorization will make the other products more user-
friendly.
5.AI control and motorization should be added into our product as
soon as possible.
