people- a child, a mother and a father. In other places many children, father and mother all living
together as one big family. There are other families in which a child can have six or seven
‘mothers’ and ‘fathers’, and dozens of ‘brothers’ and ‘sisters’. Some family groups live in the
same places all their lives. In other parts of the world, families are always travelling about,
searching for food or for new grazing ground for their animals. These are families on the moves
or nomads. But wherever and however they live, all families are the same in many ways. They

men, women and their children in a stable relationship with each other. It is called the nursery of
human nature because the manner in which the children are brought up in a family decides to
great extent, the way they react to different situations. In other words, the family lays down the
foundation of human personality. Love, joy and care is always within the family. Those are the
things that makes them stronger forever even though there are lots of hindrances we are facing
right now.
