FRL equipment can be ordered and delivered in different levels:
1) As "stand alone units" - Choose the relevant module marked with thread size from the
catalogue pages
2) As "pre specified complete units" - See the overview and following catalogue pages.
3) As "complete systems, customer made" - Contact nearest Bosch Rexroth branch office.
4) As units for "self assembling to complete systems" - Follow the steps described below.

Choose size of modules with respect to port dimension and flow capacity from the list below.

How to order modules for "self assembling". Example

Background:
You need an air flow of about 2000 l/min (71 SCFM).
You want to start with a manually operated Isolating valve for shut-off function and have a Filter/Regulator as well as an Emergency Stop valve.
Step 1: Choose size C15. Flow capacity 2200 l/min (78 SCFM).
Step 2: Choose the units from the catalogue pages

This device is equipped with a system that permits the filling of the lubricator by means of a fitting
located at the lower part of the bowl which can be connected to a tank.
By pressing the filling button the operator opens a venturi which creates a vacuum in the upper
part of the bowl, this enabling the oil in the tank to be sucked up.
* Note! Polycarbonate does not withstand oils with aggressive compounds, e.g alcohols. We
recommend oil of the ATF-DEXRON type (part no. 8982000010)or oil with an aniline point of 93

Function:

Max. flow is only attained when the piloting system is activated by a control component and all

Technical Characteristics
A library of products designed for the preparation of compressed air and in particular of "FRL
modules" sizes C4i, C15i, C25i.
This system, consisting of "dwg" indexes, is compatible with AutoCAD 10 and later versions. This
library uses the processes described in Autolisp and requires at 640 kB memory.
It consists of three 3"1/2 diskettes and a manual. The menus and the manual are written in three
languages "English, German, French".
It is possible for the user of AutoCAD LT to use the AutoCAD processes to insert the blocks
representing the different products. A ".txt" index gives the list of indexes representing the
different products in the function of the selected menu.

The drawings of the air treatment products are also contained in the general library 2D.
This library is presented on CD-ROM and usable with AUTOCAD starting version 12 and
AUTOCAD LT version 3 and 97. This library on CD-ROM contains also the files in DXF format.
