Dear (Salutation),

We recently noticed that there was an error in your June billing due to a system
improvement made by PesoPay, our trusted payment gateway. The changes they made
affected some June transactions which is why we were not able to receive your
sponsorship pledge for the said month. PesoPay was able to immediately and
permanently fix the problem after they found out that an error occurred. Below is their
official statement.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We hope it is okay with you
that we resend the June billing next month, September 2018. This will help us to
continuously provide resources to children and families in your sponsored community.
Rest assured, we have coordinated with our service provider to make sure that this will
not happen again.
