ORDER

When this case was called for Initial Trial for marking of
jurisdictional requirements, the petitioner MICHAEL MANUEL
DIMALANTA was not in court. Nonetheless, counsel for the petitioner
ANTON LUIS AVILA was duly armed with a Special Power of Attorney to
represent the petitioner in this proceeding.

An entry of appearance has been made by the Solicitor General who

has deputized Public Prosecutor ABBAS MACADATAR to appear for and
in behalf of the Solicitor General for the State. Prosecutor Abbas has
similarly entered his written appearance with the Office of the City
Prosecutor herein.

 With the jurisdictional requirements having been properly marked,
this Court has acquired jurisdiction over this Petition for Approval of the
Will of Adelaida Rivera. The petition was read allowed in open court. An
opposition was manifested by counsel ATTY. BRENDA VILLACORTA for
and in behalf of ORLANDO RIVERA, surviving spouse of ADELAIDA
RIVERA. The written opposition has been filed in open court today.

The petitioner is therefore given fifteen (15) days from today within
which to interpose their comment thereto. Oral arguments of the petition is
set on April 27, 2019 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning at the Bulwagan ng
Katarungan (Justice Hall), Legaspi City.
