BRIEF HISTORY OF THE GROUP/COMPANY
The Company I worked with is unfortunate that it is not yet a big one as you
may think, however, several contracts bothbig, moderate and small are given
to it. It was started by two great men who are engineers namely;
The above men are citizens of Bwera Kasese. They started to work together in
1997 up to date. In 2004, they joined minds and came up with an idea of
organizing a small unregistered company and they named it as BWERA
BUILDING COMPANY which is now having a number of around 50 workers
who are divided to several contracts in different areas of Kampala and Kasese
areas where the Sub Company normally get them. These workers include Site
foremen, Mansions and Potters.
LOCATION
The Directors of the Company set it out with aims and objectives and these
included the following;-
Below is the chart showing how the group I worked with is organized. It is
unfortunate that the group is not yet a company but planning to be, however,
it having some sort of organization as illustrated below in the chart.
