Teachers Need Real Feedback
Teachers Need Real Feedback
Basically there are five benefits of feedback. Feedback is always there when
we talk with others. For example, in a classroom we normally give and get feedback
for our students, it can be in the form of verbal communication, and non-verbal
communication. Next, feedback is effective listening where the receiver should know
how to analysis the feedback and use it their good improvement. In additional,
feedback also can motivate and encourage us to work effectively. Besides feedback
can improve our performance, we must use the negative feedback or criticism as our
challenges to get better in our work. At last, we should believe that feedback is a tool
for continued learning. Continued feedback is important across the entire
organization in order to remain us aligned to goals, create strategies, develop
products and services improvements, improve relationships, and much more.
Continued learning is the key to improving.
In the video a great speech by Bill Gate, he had suggested a method for
teachers’ feedback on their teaching. I believe that video recording is an effective
method in order to record the teaching and review on it. Video recording also
consider as an important tool that we use in our school to do video critics on a
teacher’s teaching. But, underpinning idea behind the suggestion by Bill Gates is for
the development of technology in teaching. It is because teaching considers the
biggest institution, the information provided by Our World in Data shows that almost
90 million teachers exist in the world including registered and non-registered.
UNESCO estimated that another 69-70 million teacher would be needed by 2030 for
our growing population. So, in one way it is consider the best platform for business
to sale the video recording camera to use in the classroom for teacher to get their
own feedback on their teaching process.
