Stretching before and after exercises

Monday: Thursday:

- 30 sit ups PE with Joe


- 30 burpees
- 90 seconds wall sit
- 35 left and right forward lunges
- 75 minutes ping-pong

Tuesday:

- PE with Joe

Wednesday: Friday:

- 40 sit ups - 35 sit ups


- 45 burpees - 30 burpees

- 65 seconds wall sit - 1.5 minute wall sit

- 80 seconds plank - 1.4 minute plank


- 40 push ups - 35 Push ups
