The Mission
Our mission is to use technology to
minimize the spread of COVID-19 in
businesses so that residents and visitors
can be more confident that it is safe to
increase business activity again in places
like California.

Once community spread has been

stopped and a second wave prevented,
your economy can begin to recapture a
majority of the temporary job losses and
resume growing without any further
interruptions.
The Platform
Upon entering the premises, a business
will scan the QR code to store the
individual’s visit so that they can be
alerted anonymously by county contact
tracers.

For higher risk locations like senior living

communities, casinos, and even
eventually music concerts, the platform
could require certain testing, antibodies,
or a vaccine to be allowed in.
 HIPAA and Privacy
We will not sell user data. We will not share personal histories.
We keep information secure on our HIPAA compliant platform.

We will delete all tracking data after the pandemic is over.

Adoption/Partnership
According to Business Insider, Utah
reportedly spent nearly $3 million on a
contact tracing app that less than 2% of
the state's population have downloaded
as of May 20. COVID Passport will be up
and running at 1/50 of that cost with no
cost to California.

The stronger the adoption of our

platform the more effective we can be in
stopping the spread in California. Strong
public support of the state and a
carefully constructed framework to
require public and private organizations
to support this initiative would be ideal
in stopping a second wave.
