Terms and Conditions

Period of validity
• Validity period of this proposal will be 30 days from the above date.

Deliver Period
• 3 to 5 weeks from advanced payment

Payment Terms
• All above prices are special prices based on the requested quantities
• All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees
• Advanced Micro Technology Pvt Ltd reserve the right to change the prices of the items quoted
and other commercial terms beyond the validity period
• 40% in advance for all Hardware items
• Order cancellation penalty 25% of the quotation value

Warranty Terms
• 24x7x5 online supports will be provided (Via Phone and web) by AMT engineers.
• In case of total failure of the IP PBX, if available an on-loan firewall will be provided
• The on-loan IP PBX may not have all the features of the quoted firewall and it will only provide
the operational capability until the original firewall is repaired by the vendor
• Failures, which result due to relocation, user negligence, misuse, act of god, lightening, bad
environment, power problems etc, will not be covered.
• Client may insure the equipment against damage caused by lighting or there natural and man-
made disasters, damages caused by war, riots civil commotion, revolutions etc.,
• All the warranty terms imposed by the principal vendor shall apply
