they are to participate positively in school, to learn, and to develop healthy
relationships
 Begin to develop an understanding of CASEL's five core SEL competencies
 Begin to develop an understanding of the importance of equity in SEL
 Recognize that these competencies are skills that are learned rather than traits
that are inherited

I've always taken a personality test to know myself more. The  Myers-Briggs Type

Indicator (MBTI) personality inventory is the most accurate test that enlightens me to become
self-aware. It identifies my strengths and weaknesses. I am an INFJ who is independent,
thoughtful, warm, polite, and understanding.

 What makes a person self-aware is that they know their identity so that whatever
judgment or struggle the face they don't give up easily.

 How might you think about your own self-awareness? by being conscious of everything
in your surrounding and reflect on it. Reflecting and give insights are the best way to
develop self-awareness.
 What benefits can a sense of self-awareness provide? Are there potential drawbacks? It
provides a clear vision and good decision making in my life. In addition, it provides a
greater understanding of myself and conquers negatives thoughts and actions.
