User Story:
As a HRM Recruitment Rep, I want to generate the interview schedule of all the candidates based on
Departmental Selection Committee’s availability, so that all the interviews can be conducted in a timely
manner.
Tasks:
• Define exhaustive list of inputs

• Define schema of inputs and take sign off from SME
• Take existing schedule of the given problem from SME
• Take sample data based on the agreed-upon schema from the SME
• Define API routes and request formats for integration of said scheduling
• Define outputs and its schema and take sign off from SME
• Research and development on the algorithm to be used for said scheduling
• Testing of API routes
• Testing of Algorithm
HRM - Testing Schedule
User Story:
As a HRM Recruitment Rep, I want an automatically-generated testing schedule and seating plan of all the
candidates appearing in the test, so that maximum applicants can be entertained in a day.

As a HRM Training Rep, I want to generate training schedule of all trainers and trainees, so that maximum
trainings can be conducted in given time.

User Story:

on mileage.

that all the fabrication is completed in minimum possible time.

User Story:
As a PP&C Rep, I want to automatically map the inducted aircraft for MRO on different jigs based on
current work load, indication plan from PAF and the package of MRO that needs to be performed on the
Aircraft.
