The purpose of this MOA is to establish a relationship between HMF GLOBAL SDN BHD and INTREXIM
SDN BHD.

- We are now announce that INTREXIM SDN BHD is our business partner. Both parties agree to the
MOA and working towards to the vision and goals as follows :
 INTREXIM SDN BHD and HMF GLOBAL SDN BHD will be responsible for the business
activities arrangement in Peninsular Malaysia including Sabah & Sarawak. Both company will
collaborate/mutual understanding to do activities of Import Clearance, Export, Warehousing
& Delivery.
 As exclusives partner/agent, INTREXIM SDN BHD will also entitled HMF GLOBAL SDN BHD
special rates as per agreement.

The appointment terms and condition are subjected to the mutual understanding that has been agreed.
