David vs.

Goliath

Narrator: A long long time ago there was a beautiful kingdom in a far way land that all people
lived happily and full of joy. Until one day there was a giant warrior named Goliath from a far-away
land he came to take the kingdom and made all the people become his slaves. He challenges the
best warrior of the king to fight him but nobody wants because he is too big and scary that everyone
feared when they sees him.

1. SOUND EFFECT ( )= INTRACE OF GOLIATH WITH SOLDIERS

(People are shouting when they saw Goliath)

GOLIATH: aaaaaaaahhhhhh…..I am Goliath from the land of Philistine.

People on this Kingdom you will fear me from now on, for I will be your new King until
there ‘someone who can defeat me in battle. I will challenge the best warrior on this Kingdom to
fight me. If he will defeat me, this kingdom will be free but, If I defeat and killed him the people on
this Kingdom will become my slaves forever. HAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA……

PEOPLE AND SOLDIERS IN THE KINGDOM SCARED (dialogue)

Group 1: Oh….He is so big and too scary

Group 2: His arms and legs are too strong.

Group 3: He has a heavy armor on his body

Group 4: And got a big sword and spare too.

2. SOUND EFFECT (We will rock you): Goliath and Warriors dance together.

NARRATOR: All of the people in the kingdom were afraid of Goliath and no one wants to dare
fight him, until one day from a distant land a brave young shepherd boy come to the rescue. He is
not afraid to Goliath so he accepts the challenge to fight him.

3. SOUND EFFECTS (Eye of the Tiger) Entrance of David and his warrior

David: People of Israel don’t be afraid of this man for I, David will defeat him and bring back the
peace in our land.
Warriors chanting (David….David….David….David)

(GOLIAT and WARRIORS laughing)

GOLIATH: HAHAHAHAHAHAA….is this your best warrior? How can he defeat me are you blind?
He is too small and too weak HAHAHAHAHAHAAHHA….

GOLIATH SOLDIER:

GROUP 1: Goliath will crush him he is too small hahahhahahaha….

Group 2: Can he fight? He has no armor on his body hahahahahah…

Group 3: How will he fight he has no sword how can he kill Goliath hahahahahahha….

DAVID: Goliath, prepare yourself for I will defeat you and I will bring back the peace in my land…

NARRATOR: Goliath and his warriors laugh at David because David is just a young and an
ordinary shepherd boy. He has no weapons like sword or spare, and no protection on his body too.
Except his only protection from wild animals his Sling shot.

4. SOUND EFFECT ( it’s the final countdown)

NARRATOR: And so the battle began, Goliath and his men charge David and his soldiers. David’s
soldiers fought Goliath’s men. And then a one-on-one battle between Goliath and David, Goliath
took his giant sword and face David, David took his slingshot and put a stone on it and begin to spin
and throw it on Goliaths head. The giant is down, David hit him between his eyes with a rock and the
giant was defeated.

(David shout victory over his men)

DAVID: VICTORY…………………………………
(And the people chanted the name …….DAVID….DAVID……DAVID………..)
