    example blood phobias will be afraid and panic when they see blood
    2. phobia makes panic and fear so that it will try to avoid it by jumping for example snake phobia
    when seeing a snake will avoid it by jumping
    3. phobias make excessive anxiety and fear so that it feels stiff, the heart beats faster, sweats, and
    wants to scream. for example if someone is phobic the crowd, when in a crowded place will
    feel anxious, fear, the heart beats faster, sweats, and wants to scream.
