SY 2019-2020 OBJECTIVE STRATEGIES KEY PLAYER TIME FRAME EXPECTED OUTCOMES To attain zero drop- Heart to heart talk to the pupil concern Teacher July 2019- Since absenteeism is the most common cue of out rate in all grade Pupils February 2020 pupils’ dropping out, the teacher would do the level early intervention strategy to know the root cause of absenteeism of the concern pupils Give special attention to the pupil who has the Teacher July 2019- The pupil would be motivated to attend the tendency of dropping-out Pupils February 2020 class and would have think and feel that schooling is not stressful but it is fun and enjoyable One on one encounter with the parents Teacher July 2019- The teacher would bring-out to the parents Pupils February 2020 the school attendance status of their children Conduct home visitation for the pupils with the Teacher July 2019- The teacher and the parents would discuss on tendency of dropping-out Pupils February 2020 the remediation to avoid dropping-out of pupils. Free feeding program for indigent/under nourished Teacher July 2019- The school provides free lunch/snack to those pupil who has the tendency of dropping out Pupils February 2020 concerned pupils. Care-for-a-Child Program for the pupil who has the Teacher July 2019- Selected teachers have their “adopted pupil” tendency of dropping-out Pupils February 2020 to take care of, and give some of their school needs and monitor their status in the class.
