Purpose of Study:

I am Suraj Tharu from Nepal. I have completed my undergraduate studies in 2018 in Management. With
this letter I am applying to Kyoto Graduate School of Informatics for graduate study in fall 2019.

I want to continue my education in foreign institute and take my career to next level. I know graduating
from foreign school will have a lot of chances in joining multinational companies .in search of all these
things I came to know about the graduate course offering from Kyoto Graduate School of Informatics, I
saw the course content and infrastructure which is very good for research and learning, further the
school itself carries a history of more than 50 years old graduate school, I am very excited to be a part of
such a legendary graduate school.

There is no doubt that Information technology will lead the current market and more and more jobs are
being created related with the skills in It and business.so without solid knowledge of IT ,we cannot
expect ourself to be ready for current Job market ,this made to go through graduate course that could
support us for students who do not have solid IT background ,and my search ended when I got to know
the course offered by KCGI for 2 years masters full time degree.

While in the graduate school, I am expecting to learn and specialize in web programming and become a
good web developer. I will excel my career to work as web developer in future. I will try my best to be
recruited in one of the multinational companies in Japan. I know Japan is very much improvised in
technology and quality of products; there are many things to learn from Japanese people and their work
culture. I know working and studying in Japan needs Japanese language too so I am learning Japanese
Language currently to know more about Japanese people and culture. Thank you for consideration.
