Report on my most recent holiday that has impressed me on certain aspect of life.

My most recent holiday was a four-day trip to Perth, Australia in 2018. Since the trip
to Australia was arranged by my father’s working company, we went there along with his
colleagues. We stayed for four days and three nights in Ibis Perth Hotel which locates just
300m from the Murray Street, located in the Perth West End.

The moment we arrived on Perth, the weather is icy cold, and the air was crisp. We
walked around the swan bells tower. In the evening, we had a picnic at King’s Park. It was
the first time I had experienced a beautiful real-life picnic with my father’s colleagues. Next,
we went for King’s Park and Botanical Garden. We watched the sun sets, in love with the
panoramic views of the Swan River from the park. In the park, we saw the State War
Memorial Precinct which is located on Mount Eliza, overlooking the Perth Water. It
comprises the Cenotaph, Court of Contemplation, Flame of Remembrance and Pool of
Reflection. It makes me to feel good, enjoy and able to see myself and the surroundings
around me.

The next day, we had breakfast and off to visit the blue boathouse. But unfortunately,
we were short of time to visit the place. I managed to take some photos of the blue boat
house, still I had a dissatisfaction of not taking a picture of myself at there since this place is
worth for Instagram photos. One thing I realised, that time is important when we scheduled a
place to visit. Next, we went to Fremantle to visit some few places. One of the place is the
Rainbow Sea Container. I have no idea how the colourful sea container joined together. But I
liked the innovative way of joining the containers together, and also like the description of
Rainbow.

Next, we went to Fremantle War Memorial located on Monument Hill. The place was
identified as one of the best view points in Fremantle. Then, we went to shopping at the
Chemist Warehouse. Later, we went to Kailis Fish Market Cafe. It provides the finest
seafood available in a working fish market environment, creating one of the most unique and
memorable seafood experiences. The food was tasty and I do enjoy the experience.

After lunch, we head for Fremantle Market. When I stepped inside the market, I can
feel the unique atmosphere of vibrant culture and heritage. I can hear the horse and carts of
yesteryear, arriving at the markets full of fresh fruits and vegetables. It is also one of the
perfect place to shop for souvenirs. We went around, and it was a good experience of
interact with local people and knowing the stories of their life. We had our dinner at Love and
Care café and settled in the hotel room.
The following day, we went to Caversham Wildlife Park. In the wildlife park, we went
to meet the wombats and friends. They showcased a lot of animals such as wombats,
parrots and many more animals. We interact with some of the team who is in charge of the
animals and introduced their favourite animals. And then we watched the farm show,
followed by meet the koalas and feeding the kangaroos. Next, we went all the way to
Cervantes to have a lobster lunch at Lobster Shack. I have never experienced on having a
fresh huge lobster and it tasted good.

Then, we went to explore The Pinnacles, were limestone formations in Nambung

National Park. Later, we went to sandboarding at Lancelin Sand Dunes. I had to go all the
way up to the dunes to surf but it was difficult to come down. But, I managed to surf down
with all my might. It is weird but I tried a new activity at there. And then, we had dinner at
Charcoal Chicken located at Dianella Plaza.

On the last stay at Perth, we went for shopping at Murray and Hay Street shopping
malls. And then, we departed from Perth to Kuala Lumpur. Overall, I really enjoyed my
holidays at Perth and I do experience and tried new activities at there.
