Describe what you would like to do with the grant. Feel free to be as speculative
or as concrete as is appropriate for you. What we need is an idea of what you are
planning and why, what you need to make it possible, and details of any relevant
people, places, or contexts that you will involve (maximum 500 words).
the idea of this project and to bring together musicians from two different environments but which this
reuinisse on a single idea and a same style of music. it will be a meeting between Tunisian musicians and
musicians of the Parisian jazz scene including the trumpet player Hermon Meheri, the saxophonist
Franscesco geminiani the drummer Guillem Flouzat and the bass player Fabricio nicolas garcia,
the project will take place over two stages the first is an artistic residency in Tunisia for a week at the Dar
sebastien cultural center in Hammamet made of work and repetitions of the musical repertoire which is in
the form of compositions and standard arrangement of Tunisian traditional music rearranger in jazz.
the second stage and the recording of a disc of the project in quintet in Paris or other (I have not yet locate
the studio)

This project, which is represented in the implementation of a high quality musical performance and
performance, includes a group of projects and musical performances which started production a year ago,
namely 5 projects

All these projects are part of a perspee, or rather a professional biography that represents the creation and
development of the Tunisian jazz scene.
