Classrom Climate

To build a positive relationship between students and teachers, we must do the following:

1. Good communication
The first thing we must do as a teacher with students is to establish good communication.
Teachers should have a humble and cheerful nature when there are problems in class or
when teaching. Teacher and student communication is very important, so that positive
relationships are formed with each other.

2. Student Appreciation
Students will be very happy if their learning outcomes are appreciated or responded well
by the teacher. This will be a passion for students. Even though there are some mistakes
they have made, you should let them know slowly until they understand. Patience is also
needed in this phase. Because the most important thing is the comfort of students in
learning.

3. Understand Student Character

By understanding and understanding each of the different character of students, we as
teachers will more easily teach them and solve problems that usually occur in class. We
will better understand how to respond to differences in the character of each student.
Students also will not feel pressured and will be more free to be themselves without
violating the rules as a student.
