OVERVIEW
The Telectronic Massage products refers to the integration of traditional
Chinese massage and high-technology devices. It has developed a machine that can
simulate the circulation of blood and help to bring oxygen-rich blood and nutrients to
the muscles and other major organs of the body. Due to improper sleeping position and
poor posture of work, more and more people are eager to reduce muscle tension, muscle
aches and improve sleep quality. At the same time, massage equipment also saves time
and money without therapist appointment.

The Telectronic Massager Group markets massage devices to both the retail and
professional market. The technologists' product micromanages the excessive use of
massage therapies and reduces discomfort in going to massage therapy clinics.
Designed with the most innovative massage therapy idea brought to life. The
technologists' electronic massager therapy was issued to explore the cost effectiveness
of expanding the massager efficiency. This would make the product more accessible to
people who work full time and make the office more convenient for clients with
medically ordered massage therapy. The core business of the Telectronic Massager Inc.
is to develop an innovative way in bringing relief and comfort to the customers
throughout the Philippines and onto succeeding years and be widespread with
franchises and partnership with another leading corporation into the entire world.

1.2 HISTORY
Infrared therapy is a new and innovative light-based method to treat pain and
inflammation in various parts of the body. Unlike ultraviolet light, which can damage
the skin, infrared light enhances cell regeneration. Infrared light is delivered to the site
of injury or inflammation at certain wavelengths, promoting cell repair. [ CITATION

According to [ CITATION Ang16 \l 1033 ], “The key characteristic of infrared

light is its ability to penetrate even the deep layers of the skin, providing better pain

relief. Also, infrared light is safe, natural, non-invasive, and painless. Thus, it may be
able to provide a broad range of health benefits.”

Infrared therapy is widely used in the fields of medicine, dentistry, veterinary

medicine, and in autoimmune diseases, to name a few. The therapy is safe and natural,
which enables it to be offered as an alternative treatment for various health conditions
like muscle pain, joint stiffness, and arthritis, to name a few. Infrared therapy has many
roles in the human body. These include detoxification, pain relief, reduction of muscle
tension, relaxation, improved circulation, weight loss, skin purification, lowered side
effects of diabetes, boosting of the immune system and lowering of blood pressure.

One benefits that the “Energy King massager” gives off is that this massager
was scientifically designed to vibrate away pain with its heated technology. Its benefits
include reducing lactic acid in the muscles, which is responsible for causing pain. This
product improves blood and lymph circulation and reduces muscle pain.[ CITATION

Other related study with an infrared portable massager was the “Butterfly
massager”. This massager goes about pain relief in a different way. It sends relaxing
electronic impulses to the muscles of the body, allowing the muscles to contract and
relax. This helps the body to improve blood circulation, reduces fatigue, and may even
build muscles by targeting certain areas such as the stomach, abs, and thighs.

Each day, humans are immersed in infrared radiation from the sun in the form of
heat. In fact, infrared saunas are in-demand today, but experts warn of possible health
risks. Thermal or heat injuries can happen, depending on the wavelength of the infrared
light. Thermal injury can occur even without pain. Also, pregnant women, people with
heart diseases, and those who are sick should never undergo infrared therapy.

2.1 COMPANY NAME
The Telectronic Massager Group was built by the young entrepreneur’s
technologists under the Electronics Engineering Department. The "Tele" represents the
four technologists that has brought foundation to the business due to their competence
in the growing economic system of the Philippines. And the "Electronics" stands for the
incredible circuitry of newly advanced generation of massager with high proposition in
innovating and enhancing for a more useful tool that helps people to feel good and
relax.

The Telectronic Massage Group has its three squares on the logo that
symbolizes the Relaxation, Circulation and Durability. The circuit design represents the
unity of the amateur technologists’ entrepreneurs under the Electronics Engineering
Department. The barcode represents the good quality and durability of the product
along with its affordable pricing tag. The colorful code stands for the good benefits of
the massager itself: Relaxation of tight muscles, Improvement if blood circulation and
Pain relief with beneficial side effects and burn fats.

2.2 BUSINESS STRUCTURE

The association of the Telectronic Massager Group’s business was owned by
four technologists to carry on as co-owners of the business for profit forms a
partnership. A partnership business structure requires the business to register with the
state government of the Philippines and establish its official business name, the

“Telectronic Massager Group”. Along with all the necessary documents, the team will
obtain a business license. Registering the business into the government sectors; BIR
(Bureau of Internal Revenue) and DTI ( Department of Trade and Information) will be
the first step in compliance with the government laws, rules and regulation.

2.3 MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Telectronic Massager Group was built by the four young entrepreneur
technologists’ and in this section, the breakdown of responsibility and duties as a team
were defined.

The Head or President of the team would be Kimberly Carreon. The Head will
be in charge with all the preparation towards starting a business. Preparing all the
documents needed to build a legitimate foundation to the team’s business. The Head
should make sure that they are following the government’s laws to avoid further
anomalities in the business. The Head will be the assessor of the plans undergoing
through the team and be able to identify basic needs and changes that undergo a
business. President of each businesses are compromise to lead a partnership with
another company in order to increase one’s economy and system.

The Vice President of the team would be Miguel Paderna. The Vice President’s
main functionality is to propose new advancement and innovation for the team. The
Vice President also takes charge with the brainstorming meeting and lectures together
with the Head and its team in order to bring a good presentation. The Vice channels
information to the Head and brings forth approval when an innovation is taking place.
The Vice should be able to locate manufacturing company that will supply the needs in
order to proceed in good production of the business’ product. When the Head or
President of the team is on its abscense, the Vice president will directly take charge on
the position of the President of the team.

The Secretary of the team would be Aliza Aban. The Secretary’s goal is to
create an organized working schedule for the team’s business. The Secretary prepares

all the existing documents needed to ensure the business foundation and its relation with
the government’s rules and regulation in starting a business. Secretary position is one of
the most important role in the business foundation for under this, the secretary is also
obligated to create technical reports in creating, designing and proposing a technology
that will be preferably the product of the business under the Telectronic Masaager Inc.

The Technologist of the business team would be Putri Rusdah Mokalid. The
Technologist will be in charge with the technical ideas and innovation prior to the
existing product of the Telectronic Massager Group. The Technologists’ designs a
prototype and create it using an electronic circuitry. Also, the technologist will assign
technicians that will help her in developing good production in the increasing demand
of customers.

2.4 MISSION
To positively bring a good impact to the well-being of our customers by
providing a top-quality massage product that provides satisfaction on relieving body
pains, muscle aches and stress.

2.5 VISION
To be the first-class provider in producing a portable electronic massager that
enhances a durable and affordable quality product that brings forth efficiency and
comfort to the well-being of the customers.

2.6 OBJECTIVE
1. To provide a certified Telectronic Massager brand having its top-quality
portable massager that enhances the relaxation, relief and efficiency.
2. To manage the Telectronic Massager product in line into at least a
hundred retail stores and massage therapy learning center throughout the
Philippines and beyond the continent of Asia.

3. To be able to create innovative additional products within a year to
broaden the market share.
4. To be able to develop new products and improve results from the
existing products.
5. To be able to create a unique and valuable identity in line with the
massager electronic tools and equipment.

2.0 MARKET ANALYSIS

Our marketing strategy assumes that we need to go into specialty channels to
address our target customer's needs. Our most important competitive edge is our
positioning with the massage schools, so that our customers will be exposed to our
products before they begin their professional career and while they are in the market to
buy equipment to begin their practice.

3.1 Product

Our product line is filling a niche that is just beginning to open. The boom of
massage therapy over the last 15 years has created a significant number of professional
massage therapists who are experiencing carpal tunnel syndrome or other overuse
injuries. Our products are designed to assist those professionals and to extend their
careers. However, new professionals just completing their education will understand the
importance of purchasing and using Massage Tools Products as they begin building
their practices, having seen what is happening in the industry. Our strategy focuses first
on getting our product in massage therapy schools and retail health and wellness stores
and secondly on reaching end users via online sales from our web site.

3.4.1 Customers

The technologists focus on a special kind of customer, the professionally trained

massage therapist and the working professionals who is independent on not asking
assistance in comforting and bringing relief to muscle pains and body aches. For the
technologists have determined the most important thing customers are looking for such
as performance, affordability and beauty, ease of use, ergonomics, and practicality.

Massage therapists are generally exposed to tools and equipment by the school
they attend. Their instructors have credibility and the products they endorse are
generally the ones the students buy. Increasingly, massage therapists are looking for
products to extend their productivity and the length of their career by avoiding overuse
injuries.

3.4.2 Owner

The corporation is newly built by the four young technologists’ entrepreneurs

who was highly aiming for success in the field of business cooperating with the
industries demand for innovation and the increasing necessity of customers in the
efficiency and sustainability of their wealth. Through this, the people behind the
Telectronic Massage Incorporated has formulated simple accounts in order to provide
the necessity needed. And with this humble beginning as an entrepreneur, the four
young technologists are willing to be the first employees cooperating and unified to
achieve a simple goal, to be able to create and provide a product that would benefit the
customers in a 99.9% probability.
