1. Back up all data to one of the following using the DATA I/O page (See backing up saved data
document):
• CMT
• Floppy disk
• Memory card

2. Turn the NC power off

3. Clear the SRAM data:

• Set rotary switch, located on the HR113 PCB, to “7”
• Turn the NC power on
• Wait for the seven segment display, located on the HR113 PCB, to display “Y”

4. The SRAM data is cleared

5. Turn the NC power off by the machine circuit breaker. (The NC power button does not
work.)

6. Turn the NC rotary switch back to “0”.

7. Reload saved parameter files first then reload the rest of the saved data.
