Subject: Show cause letter

Dear Mr. Hasan Mahabub,

We received a complaint against you that, you have stolen the Mobile Phone of Md. Shahadat
Hossain on 28 December, 2019 within 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. He saw his mobile phone at his desk at
3:00 PM before he went for a meeting at conference room by locking the door of the cabin. You have
easy access to the item as you shared the cabin with him & you have the key of that cabin.

The particulars of my Mobile phone are:

Brand: Samsung;

Model: J7 pro;

Color: Black.

The above act, as alleged to have been committed by you, amount to misconduct which, if proved
would warrant serious disciplinary action against you.

Accordingly, you are hereby required to show cause within 8 days, days of the receipt hereof as to
why you should not be dismissed or otherwise punished.

If you fail to submit your explanation as required, it will be presumed that you admit the charges and
have no explanation to offer and the matter will be disposed of without any further reference to you.

The receipt of this letter should be acknowledged.
