Subject: Complain Letter for Theft of Material.

Dear Sir,

I would like to report the theft of my Mobile Phone. I believe the theft occurred on 28
December, 2019 within 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. I always keep the item on my desk, and the last
time I saw my mobile phone at my desk at 3:00 PM before I have been called for a meeting at
conference room. I went to the meeting after locking the door of my cabin. Mr. Hassan
Mahabub would have had easy access to the item as I shared my cabin with him & he has the
key of our cabin.

The particulars of my Mobile phone are:

Brand: Samsung;
Model: J7 pro;
Color: Black.

It is disappointing to consider that one of my coworkers would be dishonest enough to take

something that doesn't belong to them. I would appreciate if you would investigate further
into this incident by checking the CCTV footage or any other sources.
